The activity is built to flex from small departments of around 8 up to large groups of 500. We split larger headcounts into balanced teams that rotate through the five stations together, so everyone stays engaged no matter the size.

Yes, it runs in person as a physical station circuit, which makes it well suited to conference venues and offsites across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok. It is not delivered as a virtual session because the stations rely on hands-on, in-room tasks.
