There are three flagship titles in our catalogue. Lost Dutchman Goldmine is a resource-strategy and collaboration game in which teams must decide whether to compete or cooperate to grow the collective haul. The Ripple Effect is a systems-thinking simulation that shows how one person's or one team's choices ripple outward across an entire organisation. And the Market Auction Simulation is a fast, high-energy bidding and portfolio game that mirrors investment strategy, risk judgement and team decision-making with the pressure switched on.

They run for anywhere from 15 to 500 people. Each one is organised around sub-teams, so even a large crowd gets the full decision-making experience, with rivalry and cooperation between teams baked into the design. A smaller group of 15 to 50 usually goes deeper on strategy, while a larger 100-to-500 format layers in extra complexity through many competing teams and combined, organisation-wide results.

Very much so — they work especially well for senior and mid-senior groups. The scenarios are built to bring out the real strategic and interpersonal patterns that show up in leadership: how a team weighs its own interest against the wider good, how it communicates when things are unclear, and how it adjusts once the original plan stops working. For experienced professionals, the structured debrief after each round is where the richest learning lands.
