CSR Activities That Give Back & Build Teams

These are programmes where doing good and building a team happen at the same time. Colleagues team up on a real community or environmental project — and because the goal matters, the relationships that form run deeper than a typical away-day. Think charity food-packing lines, beach and mangrove clean-ups, assembling school kits, upcycling sessions, or inclusive sport alongside athletes with disabilities. They do. After every programme we hand you an impact report that captures the numbers that matter — how many beneficiaries were reached, volunteer hours contributed, goods donated, and environmental figures such as trees planted or waste diverted — all backed by photographs. Because the format follows UN SDG themes, it slots cleanly into annual reports, sustainability statements, and the ESG updates your stakeholders expect.

We partner only with vetted NGOs and charities, spanning a spread of causes: children's education and nutrition through local food banks and meal programmes; the environment through tree planting, coastal and mangrove clean-ups, and plastic upcycling; disability inclusion via inclusive sports bodies; and animal welfare. If you already have a charity you support, we will work with them — otherwise we will help you settle on a cause that fits your CSR direction, anywhere across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Our CSR formats scale from 20 right up to 3,000 people. With smaller groups of 20 to 100, each person gets more hands-on involvement and a closer connection to the work. For the larger crowds of 500 to 3,000, we run several CSR stations side by side — all feeding into one shared cause — and finish with a moment of convergence where the whole room sees just how much they achieved together.

They can. A number of our CSR programmes run partly or entirely online — online fundraising challenges, virtual skill-sharing with NGO beneficiaries, digital awareness drives, and coordinated remote volunteering. These formats suit teams spread across different cities or countries who still want to rally behind one cause together.
