Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about corporate training programs
What are corporate training programs?›
These are guided, structured learning sessions aimed at growing a defined capability in your people — leadership, communication, change management, design thinking and so on. Where team building leans into group chemistry and enjoyment, training is about measurable skill-building delivered through proven frameworks, applied practice and real behavioural rehearsal. The Thought Bulb runs immersive full-day (6-hour) programmes led by certified L&D professionals and sized for groups of 4 to 50.
How are training programs different from team building activities?›
Team building is about the chemistry of a group — trust, communication, cohesion — explored through hands-on challenges that feel fun and energising. Training flips the priority to the outcome: each programme is anchored to a particular skill or behaviour shift and built from structured frameworks, group work and guided reflection. The Thought Bulb draws on both worlds — our programmes stay genuinely experiential and steer well clear of slide-after-slide tedium, yet still carry the rigour and depth that serious L&D goals demand.
How long do corporate training programs last?›
Each Thought Bulb programme is a full-day immersive session of roughly 6 hours. That length leaves room for all four stages real behavioural change depends on — introducing the concept, putting it into practice in groups, debriefing what happened, and planning concrete next steps. A 3-hour half-day version is available for selected programmes, and for senior teams needing deeper development we can build multi-day leadership journeys.
How many people can participate in a corporate training program?›
We design for 4 to 50 participants. That band keeps facilitation personal, makes group exercises meaningful, and leaves space for individual reflection. If your team is larger, we suggest splitting it into several cohorts running the same programme — each group gets to go deeper, rather than stretching one session to a size that waters down the learning.
Can training programs be customised for our company?›
Absolutely. We tailor every programme to your situation before the day itself. Our L&D team holds a pre-event briefing to get to grips with your industry, your team's dynamics, the specific hurdles you face and the results you are after, then adapts the content, case studies, role plays and exercises to match. And if nothing in our existing catalogue fits, we will design a programme for you from the ground up.
Which cities in Southeast Asia do you offer corporate training programs?›
We run programmes in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and every other major city across Southeast Asia. For teams spread over different locations we also offer virtual and hybrid formats. Our certified facilitators travel throughout the region and are equally at home working with global companies with APAC offices and with fast-growing local businesses.
