What was the challenge?
NetCore gathered 170 participants in Bangkok around a clear mandate: tighten team cohesion, break down silos, and grow the kind of trust that translates into real performance. The 170 attendees came together in the vibrant city of Bangkok for an immersive experience built around NetCore's GAIN vision of growth through innovation. The workshop set out to strengthen collaboration, inspire innovation, and underline the power of collective achievement.
2Our Solution
What solution did we design?
The day revolved around the Pyramid Challenge, a creative, strategic activity in which teams built individual pyramids, each customised to reflect the key themes of Growth, AI, and NetCore. Those small pyramids were later joined into one giant structure, a symbol of the strength of unity and the shared journey toward GAIN.
3How We Did It
How was the programme delivered?
Participants were split into 19 teams, each charged with designing and building a small freestanding pyramid. Every side of a pyramid carried its own theme — Growth, AI, and NetCore — expressed through colour, design, and meaningful illustration. Once finished, all 19 small pyramids were brought together into one magnificent giant pyramid, its three major sides standing for G, AI, and N. The process wove together creativity, strategic alignment, and collaborative energy, ending in a striking visual embodiment of the GAIN vision.
4Key Outcomes
What were the results?
The workshop encouraged participants to collaborate with creativity, agility, and strategic focus. Through hands-on building toward a shared purpose, teams felt first-hand the power of collective achievement. The Pyramid Challenge brought home the value of unseen contributions, solid foundations, and a unified vision. The day closed with energised teams, stronger bonds, and renewed commitment to NetCore's GAIN journey of growth through innovation.
All 170 attendees finished the programme rating it 9.6/10 overall, with facilitation independently scored at 9.7/10. In the weeks that followed, NetCore reported a clear, lasting improvement in cross-team communication — and went on to engage The Thought Bulb again for a follow-up session.
